The Capital Area Career Center (CACC) provides career and technical courses for high school juniors and seniors from the following school districts: Dansville, East Lansing, Haslett, Holt, Leslie, Mason, Okemos, Stockbridge, Waverly, Webberville and Williamston. The CAHEP program is also available to students in Lansing School District. In 2008-09, CACC offered more than 20 program choices to students, on- and off-site. Programs offer the opportunity to earn high school elective and academic credit, college credit, and state or national certification. In 2008-09 students earned over 1300 college credits and were awarded over $100,000 in scholarships.
Students from Eaton ISD, Clinton RESA and Lansing Public Schools, may also apply for programs at the Career Center in Mason. For more information about the applications process, call 517-244-1302.
